【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistoprovideatestproceduretoevaluatetheperformanceofislandingpreventionmeasuresusedwithutility-interconnectedPVsystems.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifysettingsparameters(voltageandfrequencytripmagnitudeandtriptime)norpass/failcriteria,becausetheEN50438and/orNationalstandardsand/orgridcodesshouldbetakenintoaccountforthispurpose.Thisstandarddescribesaguidelinefortestingtheperformanceofautomaticislandingpreventionmeasuresinstalledinorwithsingleormulti-phaseutilityinteractivePVinvertersconnectedtotheutilitygrid.Thetestprocedureandcriteriadescribedareminimumrequirementsthatwillallowrepeatability.Additionalrequirementsormorestringentcriteriamaybespecifiedifdemonstrableriskcanbeshown.Invertersandotherdevicesmeetingtherequirementsofthisstandardareconsiderednon-islandingasdefinedinCLC/TS61836.Thisstandardmaybeappliedtoothertypesofutility-interconnectedsystems(e.g.inverterbasedmicroturbineandfuelcells,inductionandsynchronousmachines).However,technicalreviewmaybenecessaryforotherthaninverter-basedPVsystems.Alternativetestingprocedurestoevaluatetheperformanceofislandingpreventionmaybeallowedbynationalstandardsand/orgridcodes.
