【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthegeneralrequirementsandphysicalpropertiesofreflectiveinsulationsforuseinbuildingapplications.Theseinsulationmaterialsconsistofoneormorelowemittancesurfaces,suchasmetallicfoilormetallicdeposits,unmountedormountedonsubstrates.Reflectiveinsulationsderivetheirthermalperformancefromsurfaceswithanemittanceof0.1orless,facingenclosedairspaces.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
