【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing:ThispartofIEC61496specifiesrequirementsforthedesign,constructionandtestingofelectro-sensitiveprotectiveequipment(ESPE)designedspecificallytodetectpersonsaspartofasafety-relatedsystem,employingactiveopto-electronicprotectivedevices(AOPDs)forthesensingfunction.Specialattentionisdirectedtofeatureswhichensurethatanappropriatesafety-relatedperformanceisachieved.AnESPEmayincludeoptionalsafety-relatedfunctions,therequirementsforwhicharegiveninAnnexAofIEC61946-1andofthispart.Thispartdoesnotspecifythedimensionsorconfigurationsofthedetectionzoneanditsdispositioninrelationtohazardouspartsforanyparticularapplication,norwhatconstitutesahazardousstateofanymachine.ItisrestrictedtothefunctioningoftheESPEandhowitinterfaceswiththemachine.ExcludedfromthispartareAOPDsemployingradiationatwavelengthsoutsidetherange400nmto1500nm.Thispartmayberelevanttoapplicationsotherthanthosefortheprotectionofpersons,forexample,theprotectionofmachineryorproductsfrommechanicaldamage.Inthoseapplications,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary,forexample,whenthematerialsthataretoberecognizedbythesensingfunctionhavedifferentpropertiesfromthoseofpersons.ThispartdoesnotdealwithEMCemissionrequirements.

【摘要】:Thismethodisintendedforusebylaboratoriesperformingcalibrationofaspectroradiometerforspectralirradiancemeasurementsusingaspectralirradiancestandardofknownspectralirradiancevaluestraceabletoanationalmetrologicallaboratorythathasparticipatedinintercomparisonsofstandardsofspectralirradiance,knownuncertaintiesandknownmeasurementgeometry.Thismethodisgeneralizedtoallowfortheuseofdifferenttypesofinputopticsprovidedthatthoseinputopticsaresuitableforthewavelengthrangeandmeasurementgeometryofthecalibration.Thismethodisgeneralizedtoallowfortheuseofdifferenttypesofmonochromatorsprovidedthattheycanbeconfiguredforabandwidth,wavelengthrange,andthroughputlevelssuitableforthecalibrationbeingperformed.Thismethodisgeneralizedtoallowfortheuseofdifferenttypesofopticalradiationdetectorsprovidedthatthespectralresponseofthedetectoroverthewavelengthrangeofthecalibrationisappropriatetothesignallevelsproducedbythemonochromator.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthecalibrationofspectroradiometersforthemeasurementofspectralirradianceusingastandardofspectralirradiancethatistraceabletoanationalmetrologicallaboratorythathasparticipatedinintercomparisonsofstandardsofspectralirradiance.1.2Thismethodisnotlimitedbytheinputopticsofthespectroradiometricsystem.However,choiceofinputopticsaffectstheoveralluncertaintyofthecalibration.1.3Thismethodisnotlimitedbythetypeofmonochromatororopticaldetectorusedinthespectroradiometersystem.Partsofthemethodmaynotapplytodeterminewhichpartsapplytothespecificspectroradiometerbeingused.Itisimportantthatthechoiceofmonochromatoranddetectorbeappropriateforthewavelengthrangeofinterestforthecalibration.Thoughthemethodgenerallyappliestophotodiodearraydetectorbasedsystems,theusershouldnotethatthesetypesofspectroradiometersoftensufferfromstraylightproblemsandhavelimiteddynamicrange.Diodearrayspectroradiometersarenotrecommendedforuseintheultravioletrangeunlessthesespecificproblemsareaddressed.1.4Thecalibrationdescribedinthismethodemploystheuseofastandardofspectralirradiance.Thestandardofspectralirradiancemusthaveknownspectralirradiancevaluesatgivenwavelengthsforaspecificinputcurrentandclearlydefinedmeasurementgeometry.Uncertaintiesmustalsobeknownforthespectralirradiancevalues.Thevaluesassignedtothisstandardmustbetraceabletoanationalmetrologicallaboratorythathasparticipatedinintercomparisonsofstandardsofspectralirradiance.Thesestandardsmaybeobtainedfromanumberofnationalstandardslaboratoriesandcommerciallaboratories.Thespectralirradiancestandardsconsistmainlyoftungstenhalogenlampswithcoiledfilamentsenclosedinaquartzenvelope,thoughothertypesoflampsareused.Standardscanbeobtainedwithcalibrationvaluescoveringallorpartofthewavelengthrangefrom200to4500nm.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
