【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationprescribesminimumsafetyrequirementsforcandleaccessoriestohelpensureareasonabledegreeofsafetyfornormalusewithcandles,therebyimprovingpersonalsafetyandreducingfires,deaths,andinjuries.1.2Thisspecificationisnotintendedtoreplaceothersafetypracticessuchasadultsupervision,closemonitoringofproductwheninuse,andfiredetection,alarm,orsuppressionsystems.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandardisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
