【摘要】:1ThispartofISO6157establisheslimitsforvarioustypesofsurfacediscontinuitiesonbolts,screwsandstudsforgeneralrequirements.Itappliestobolts,screwsandstudswith—nominalthreaddiameters5mmandlarger;—productgradesAandB;—propertyclassesuptoandincluding10.9,unlessother-wisespecifiedinproductstandardsoragreedbetweensupplierandpurchaser.2Limitsforsurfacediscontinuitiesonbolts,screwsandstudsforspecialrequirements(e.g.automaticassembly)arelaiddowninISO6157-3.Whentheengineeringrequirementsoftheapplicationnecessitatethatsurfacediscontinuitiesonbolts,screwsandstudsbemorecloselycontrolled,itshouldbespecifiedintherespectiveproductstandard,orthepurchasershallspecifytheapplicablelimitsintheinquiryandpurchaseorder.3Wherethepermissiblelimitsforsurfacediscontinuitiesindicatedinclause3occur,theminimumvaluesforthemechanicalandfunctionalpropertiesspecifiedinISO898-1shouldstillbemet.NOTES1Thefiguresinclause3areexamplesonly.Theyapplycorrespond-inglyalsotoothertypesofbolts,screwsandstuds.2Theindividualfiguresshowthesurfacediscontinuitiesexaggeratedinsomecasesforclarity.
