【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsfordesign,construction,operation,adjustment,setting,cleaningandmaintenanceof_splittingmachines(seefigures1,2)forlimedhidesandskins,wetblueanddrymaterials,_bandknifeshearingmachines(seefigures3,4,5,6)usedinthesplittingandshearingofleatherandsyntheticmaterials.Thisstandardtakesaccountofintendeduse,foreseeablemisuse,componentandsystemsfailure.Themachinesareforfixedinstallation.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothemachinesmanufacturedafteritsdateofissue.Allthesignificanthazardslistedinclause4aresafeguardedbytherequirementsincludedinclause5exceptdustandfire.ForthesehazardsgeneralguidelinesareproposedinnormativeannexA.Designersandmanufacturersshallverifydirectlythatthemethodsadoptedtoreducethesehazardshavebeensuccessful.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishanyrequirementsforelectromagneticdisturbances.NOTEDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandarddoesnotnecessarilycomplywithDirective94/9/EC.AdditionalsafetyrequirementsinafuturerevisionofthisstandardcanbenecessarytosatisfyDirective94/9/EC.
